Sovereign Ark members hold gold, silver, watches and art through the cycle. The cost of holding is that the asset sits idle.
RealWorld.fi lets a member borrow against a vaulted asset while it stays in insured custody. Nothing is sold, and lenders compete to fund the loan. Members with capital can also fund loans secured by assets they understand.

One marketplace, two sides.
RealWorld.fi is a marketplace where independent lenders compete to fund loans against gold, watches, jewelry, art, wine, classic cars and similar assets, held in insured custody. The borrower keeps ownership. The lender holds a claim secured by a specific, vaulted asset. Sovereign Ark is a partner and introducer: not the lender, the custodian or the platform.
If you want to borrow
- Create an account and list the asset you want to borrow against.
- Deliver the asset to RealWorld.fi’s custody partner, where it is verified and insured.
- Lenders bid on your loan. You accept the terms you want. Funding follows in 48 to 72 hours.
- Repay on schedule and the asset is released back to you.
If you want to lend
- Create an account and set your lending criteria.
- Review live loan requests: the asset, its appraisal, the requested amount, rate and term.
- Make an offer. If the borrower accepts, your funds are deployed and interest accrues from day one.
- Repayment returns principal plus interest. If the borrower defaults, the custodied asset secures your claim.
Partner, not lender.
We research and teach asset-backed lending, we introduce members to RealWorld.fi, and we use the platform ourselves.
We do not originate, underwrite, pool or select loans, and we do not hold members’ assets or funds. The marketplace is RealWorld.fi’s. Custody sits with its partners, and each loan is between borrower and lender.
Several of Sovereign Ark’s founding members hold metals with RealWorld.fi’s custody partners. Our thesis is to hold hard assets through the cycle; borrowing against a vaulted asset turns a dormant position into working capital without a sale.
What members ask.
Which assets qualify?
Gold, silver, platinum, watches, jewelry, art, wine, classic cars and other appraisable valuables. The platform decides case by case.
Where is my asset held?
In insured vaulted custody with RealWorld.fi’s custody partner.
What happens if prices fall during my loan?
Nothing to the asset. RealWorld.fi holds pledged assets as they are through the loan term; there is no liquidation on price moves.
Who sets the rate?
Competition between lenders. The borrower accepts or declines each offer.
How fast is funding?
48 to 72 hours after custody intake, per RealWorld.fi.
Do I need to be a Sovereign Ark member?
No. Anyone can open an account through our partner link. Accounts opened through sovereignark.realworld.fi are recorded as introduced by Sovereign Ark.
